For Providers
List an Item1. List your Items
Describe your item, service, or request, set a price if needed, add a photo, and publish. Once verified, your listing is ready to be shared with your local community.
2. Transaction and Shipment
After a successful rental or sale, hand over the item through local pickup or arrange delivery.
3. Payout
You receive your payout once the customer has received the item or service. A 10 percent commission is deducted from the transaction amount.
For Customers
Browse listings1. Find your Item
Browse available items, services, or requests to find what you are looking for.
2. Contact your neighbour
Message your neighbour to buy or rent an item or service and pay securely through our partner Stripe. Nabo applies a 5 percent commission on top of the listed price.
3. Receive
Track your item via the delivery status or pick it up directly nearby.
4. Return
After use, return the item to the owner at the agreed time and location. Items are checked on return, and any issues or late returns are handled through the platform. Payments and possible refunds are processed automatically via Stripe based on the owners return rules.
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, Nabo applies a small commission shared between buyer and provider to keep the impact fair for both sides.
