1. How do I list an item?
Click “List your item” and add photos, price per day, deposit (if required), city, and suburb.
2. How do deposits work?
Some owners require a refundable deposit. Deposits must be paid before pickup and are refunded once the item is returned in good condition.
3. What happens if an item is not returned?
If an item is not returned, the deposit may be withheld. Repeat offenders may have their account suspended.
4. What items are not allowed?
Illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items (weapons, drugs, alcohol, live animals, etc.) are strictly forbidden. See our Trust & Safety Policy.
5. Who is responsible if an item is damaged?
Borrowers are responsible for returning items in good condition. Damages may result in partial or full loss of deposit.
6. How do I get paid as an owner?
Rental fees are processed securely via Stripe and paid to the bank account connected to your profile.
7. Is there insurance on rentals
Currently, Nabo does not provide insurance. Users should use deposits and photos as protection.
8. How do reviews work?
After each rental, both owners and borrowers can leave reviews, helping build trust in the community.
